Ashley Warrenton-Smith is a trainer,
facilitator, and leadership coach out of our corporate headquarters
in the San Francisco Bay area. She founded Catalyst Coaching and Training
in 1985 and currently serves as President.
She
has 11 years of management experience in human resources ranging from
Fortune 250 to entrepreneurial companies & 23 years experience in
organizational development. She served as Senior Vice President in her
last two corporate positions & has been a consultant for the past
23 years.
Ashley's BA is in Psychology from the University of South Florida and her Master's is in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco. She is a Certified Trainer in L4 Leadership, Emotional Intelligence, MBTI®, DiSC®, Birkman & numerous other assessments and programs. Ashley is certified in Thought Pattern Management. She graduated from the Coaches Training Institute & the NLP Institute of California as a certified Leadership Coach & Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) - a transformational tool used internationally to assist in leadership development. She served as past President of North Bay Coaches, a chapter of the International Coaches Federation.
David
Barth is our Chief Financial Officer is in charge of business
operations, finance, and accounting. He received his BA in Finance and
Accounting from UC Berkeley. Prior to joining Catalyst, David held the
positions of Vice President of Finance and CFO at three different corporations
ranging from $12 million to $150 million in sales. He is responsible
for activities involving debt and equity financing, program operations
and logistics, contracts, legal, and information technology. As a consultant,
he works with client companies to develop and write business plans,
strategic plans, construct detailed financial models, design and implement
financial & administrative functions to enhance their capacity for
well-managed growth. David has served as Treasurer of North Bay Coaches for two years as well as the Bay Area Event in 2007.
Paula Love is a leadership coach
& organizational development consultant based in the San Francisco
Bay Area. Paula brings her breadth & depth of experience to a broad
range of organizational issues, including change management, leadership
training & development, defining & clarifying roles & responsibilities,
building collaborative working environments, performing cultural assessments/
integration, & facilitating high-visibility team projects. She leads
structural change in organizations & promotes individual excellence
at C-level posts. The high-impact results Paula produces for her clients
are reflected in the numerous performance awards she has won over the
past 16 years.
Paula has a coaching certification from The Newfield Group, is certified as a Master Coach by the International Coach Federation, & holds a certification as Master Somatic Coach from the Strozzi Institute. She has an MS in counseling & a BA in psychology from San Francisco State University.
Diane
Boivie is a trainer, coach, & facilitator based in the San
Francisco Bay area. She has a BA in Computer Science & advanced
training in Organizational and Relationships Systems Coaching. A former
corporate transformational project & program manager, Diane’s
specialties include teamwork development, leadership development, &
process improvement. She helps leverage the leadership inherent in teams
so that they can become more empowered, collaborative & inspired.
She is credentialed with the International Coach Federation, certified
as a Co-Active Professional Coach, & a graduate of the intensive,
year-long Co-Active Leadership Program. Diane specializes in experiential
team-based training, leadership development training & is available
for in person coaching in the San Francisco Bay Area, and telephone
coaching throughout the US and Canada. Diane served for two years as President of North Bay Coaches and is credited with doing much to make that chapter of the ICF very successful.
Marci
Rinkoff is a coach, facilitator & trainer with over 15 years
of experience working with the government, corporate & nonprofit
sectors. She specializes in helping companies develop productive, healthy
& sustainable teams through coaching, assessments, & experiential
training. Marci was the national coach & trainer for Knight Ridder
Corporation where she implemented coaching programs currently in use
today. She is an instructor at San Jose State University & one of
the head coaches for the American Express Open program for women entrepreneurs.
She is certified as a professional coach with the International Coach
Federation & the Coaches Training Institute. Marci holds a B.A.
in Sociology & advanced studies in organizational psychology. She
is President of North Bay Coaches, a subchapter of the International
Coach Federation.
Karna
Sundby is a corporate trainer and coach out of our Seattle, Washington
office. Her most recent thirteen years at American Express have been
as a Sales Executive where she received two of their top honors: the
Sales Excellence and Masters awards. She is a Master NLP Practitioner
and is certified in Thought Pattern Management. Karna is available for
sales and other training programs, in person coaching in the Seattle
area, and telephone coaching anywhere in the US or Canada.
Kim
Vincent is an international trainer and coach based in our Los
Angeles office. She is fluent in Portuguese as well as English. She
divides her time between work in England & the United States. Kim
received her BA from the University of the West of England in Accelerated
Adult Learning. One of Kim's specialties is developing & facilitating
customized Train the Trainer courses for organizations to meet their
goals & objectives. In England & the United States, she has
facilitated multiple workshops for educators & managers including
MBTI® communication skills, stress management, time management and
other topics. Kim is available for various training programs, in person
coaching in the LA area, and telephone coaching anywhere in the US,
Canada, England or Portugal. She is a Master Practitioner in NLP and
is certified in Thought Pattern Management.
Mike Fink is an international
trainer and coach based in the San Francisco Bay area. He is fluent
in French, Italian, Spanish as well as English and has worked in a wide
range of industries and companies domestically and internationally.
Mike has a BA and MA in Economics from Bocconi University, Italy's premier
business school, and an MS in Psychology from Yale University. He is
an NLP Master Practitioner, Certified NLP Leadership Coach & teaches
NLP throughout Europe. Mike specializes in communications, leadership,
and other training programs, in person coaching in the San Francisco
Bay area, and telephone coaching in Europe and South America.
